My name is Lisa Reed and I recently retired from the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office . I began my law enforcement career in 1980 with the Plainfield Police Department and joined the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office in 1989, where I specialized in sexual assault/child abuse investigations. In 2000 I was promoted to Detective Sergeant and supervised the Sex Crimes/Child Abuse Unit. I also served in several other positions within the Prosecutor’s Office and handled all types of investigations from homicides to narcotics.

In May 2004 I was assigned to the Somerset County Police Academy as the Continuing Education Coordinator, where I remained until my retirement on October 1, 2005. Through this assignment I made contacts with retired officers from various law enforcement agencies including the F.B.I., New Jersey State Police, and local police departments and prosecutor’s offices. These retired law enforcement officers have varied expertise such as: Polygraphs , crime scene processing , homicide investigations, narcotics investigations, and much more.

Mr Suddes moved to the USA in 2004 while on a career break from Kent Police, UK where he served as a police officer from 1988 (following 6 years service in the British Army).

Mr Suddes was a Team Leader and Senior Training Officer on the Tactical Firearms Unit where he assumed a variety of roles. He was responsible for the training and development of personnel from senior commanding officers, operational police officers to civilian staff. He developed a National Course for the advanced use of the Law Enforcement Sniper and was at the core of training provided by the Firearms and Tactical Skills Center. He is a level 1 tactical operator specializing in Methods of Entry (breaching) and Sniper skills. He is trained in all manner of small arms weapon systems and instructed law enforcement in Dynamic Intervention, Close Protection, Advanced Sniper, Officer Safety (less lethal, baton, spray, handcuffs, and unarmed defensive tactics). He also instructed all the technical and practical skills required for SWAT and Patrol Officers dealing with armed suspects. He is a Tactical Advisor, assisting Senior Commanders with options and decisions when safely resolving incidents. Mr Suddes is a nationally qualified firearms Instructor (UK), a qualified tactical advisor developing contingency plans and has an Advanced Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Christ Church University, Canterbury, UK and a Masters of Business Administration from Centenary College, NJ, USA.

I was born and raised in New Jersey and have my own Investigation  Branches in the Tri - State Area.
In 1998 I Graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice and I have thrived and continued to succeed in the Private Investigation field.

I have developed and incorporated the most experienced, seasoned and talented licensed investigators in the State providing Investigative, Surveillance & Litigation Services for well known Investigative Agencies, Insurance Companies & Law Firms.
